Refund Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when a payment for xxcode can be refunded, how to request one and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms of Service and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.
Service provider
The xxcode service (https://xxcode.app) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur BOZOROV SHOXZOD ODIL O'G'LI, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan under registration No. 7685057 (dated April 16, 2026, issued by the Samarkand City State Services Center), located at 44/32 Beruniy St., Samarkand, Samarkand Region, Republic of Uzbekistan.

1. What you are buying
xxcode is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access to paid features is granted immediately after a successful payment, and digests are generated and delivered online.
Prices are USD $9 per month or USD $90 per year, as shown on the Pricing page.
2. Free trial
New subscribers may be offered a free trial of 14 days. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged at all. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to a paid monthly plan and the first payment is taken on the day the trial ends. The trial exists precisely so you can decide before paying.
3. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a payment, provided the paid features have been used only minimally. “Minimally” means no more than two digests generated and no audio downloaded in that billing period. This applies to a first purchase and to a renewal alike.
Beyond substantial use, we do not refund a period already delivered, because the digests for that period were generated for you and the cost of producing them was incurred at that moment.
4. Renewals charged by mistake
If a renewal was charged and you had not used the Service in that new period, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will cancel the subscription and refund it in full. This covers the common case of forgetting that a subscription was still running.
5. Annual plans
An annual plan is refunded in full within 14 days of payment under the conditions in section 3. After that, if you cancel mid-term we refund the unused whole months remaining, less any discount you received for paying annually rather than monthly.
6. Service faults
If the Service is unavailable, or a feature you paid for does not work, for a continuous period of more than 72 hours and we cannot restore it, you are entitled to a refund of the affected part of your subscription period — or, if you prefer, an equivalent extension at no charge.
7. When we do not refund
- A period that has been substantially used — digests generated, read, or audio downloaded beyond the limits in section 3.
- Accounts terminated by us for a breach of the Terms of Service, such as sharing credentials or redistributing content.
- Dissatisfaction with the editorial judgment of an AI-generated summary, where the Service itself worked as described. The nature and limits of AI content are set out in the Terms, and the free trial exists so you can assess the output before paying.
- Requests made more than 14 days after payment, except in the cases in sections 5 and 6.
8. How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account, or use the contact form, and include:
- the email address of your xxcode account;
- the date and amount of the payment;
- the reason for the request.
You do not need to give a detailed justification within the 14-day window. We reply to every request.
9. How long it takes
- We review and answer within 3 business days of receiving your request.
- Approved refunds are submitted within 10 business days of approval.
- The money is returned to the same card or account used for the payment. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank — typically 3 to 10 business days, occasionally up to 30.
- Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction. If your bank converted the payment, the amount received may differ slightly because of exchange-rate movement between the two dates. That difference is your bank's.
10. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by email. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling is not itself a refund request — if you also want the last payment back, ask for it.
11. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first. We would much rather resolve it directly and quickly than through a chargeback, which takes considerably longer for you.
